Led the design and development of an AI search-bot system supporting technicians and staff; its MVP led to a $15 million contract. Built the platform's Azure delivery chain end to end: infrastructure as code with Bicep, CI/CD on Azure Pipelines and Azure Databricks as the hosting and compute layer. Introduced AI-assisted engineering across the team with GitHub Copilot and custom AI agents that automate repetitive development and delivery tasks. Designed scalable APIs and background workers using the MERN stack, Azure AD, OpenShift, Watson Discovery and Daeja, serving millions of license requests daily.
